Ken Evoy is a Canadian doctor who became interested in the Internet a few years ago and wrote a software program for use in trading penny stocks then decided that if he could market an improbable product like the 'Penny stock software' that there would be an almost infinite market for the stuff that makes the Internet a desired place to sell things in the last three years he has one of the most successful associate programs on the web.
Ken has acquired some notoriety in Internet marketing circles for his outstanding performance and was recently named "Best Affiliate Program for 1999" by Affiliates Directory.com out of over 2500 other affiliate programs. Allan Gardyne of AffiliatePrograms.com says that Ken Evoy's program is at a stage where all the other affiliate programs will be 18 months from now.
Ken wrote a book called " Make Your Site Sell" . This book had more information in it at a price of about $25 than most books that sell for $100, $200 or more. Ken follows the basic premise "Under Promise and Over Deliver" . He decided to deliver the entire book electronically which saves money and keeps the price down instead of as a bound edition with tapes and CD's ... which is a great idea since what we want is the information anyway.
At less than $25 I would say it's hard to go wrong with Ken Evoy's book.
