40 Years Of Business Experience To Help You!
Real Estate Gurus
Bob Bruss is a former director of the National Association of Real Estate Editors, a real estate broker and a hugely prolific writer. Sometimes called the "Dear Abby of real estate", he writes a weekly syndicated "Real Estate Mailbag" Q&A column, plus three other regular columns that appear in about 150 newspapers. He is also a California real estate attorney.
He’s been doing that for around 25 years, and he just keeps churning the stuff out. In-between knocking out his weekly columns, Bob Bruss has written books, including “The Smart Investor's Guide to Real Estate”, “The California Foreclosure Book” and the college textbook “California Real Estate Law” (with Dr. William Pivar).
But we’re not finished yet. Mr. Bruss also writes two monthly newsletters: the “Robert Bruss Real Estate Law Newsletter” and the “Robert Bruss National Real Estate Newsletter”, which he sells on his website. On top of that, he’s produced a huge list of special reports, also sold on his website, with titles such as “How to Buy Your Next Home Even If You Don't Have Perfect Credit”, “How to Avoid Buying a Bad Condo”, and “How to Become a Super-Successful Real Estate Negotiator”. The list of reports isn’t endless, but it’s as long as your arm.
There is no doubt Bob Bruss is well informed. This guy knows his real estate. He’s also down-to-earth, and doesn’t charge over the top for his words of wisdom. (His special reports are priced at $4 each, and his newsletters cost $35 a year).
There very few things around today that will allow the average person to really get rich. Real Estate is one of those things. In case you didn't know it there have been more millionaires created because of real estate than any other business.
